Our typical emerging technology client has been selling opportunistically, with little or no focus on target markets. We work with these clients to develop their understanding of key market opportunities and the tie-in between the customer "pain points" and the company's capabilities. Occasionally, we will work to redefine and redirect the company's focus so that it better matches opportunities in the marketplace. We then plan and implement the marketing and sales management initiatives that allow the company to capitalize on these opportunities. . . .
