Deborah Merkin

Deborah Merkin has over twenty years of experience in marketing and channel development.  Working with early stage, fast growing and more established organizations, Deborah has increased revenue by successfully expanding sales and distribution channels, identifying new markets, launching new products, and creating and implementing effective marketing strategies.

Deborah brings a unique combination of traditional marketing and channel creation.  She has created strategies which open up new markets by helping companies define and market products, create strategic partnerships, and provide solutions to both channel partners and customers.

Deborah worked with “brick and mortar” companies such as Staples and AT&T Capital, and pure eBusiness companies such as Techtarget.com, to create alternative B2B web-based distribution channels.    She has also has had extensive channel and marketing experience with software and hardware companies such as Cortex (an application development tool company), Access Technologies and Digital Equipment.

Education

Deborah earned her BA at the University of Massachusetts I Amherst, MA, and her MBA at Babson College in Wellesley, MA.
