Karen J. Adams
Karen provides part-time finance and accounting services to rapidly growing
companies in need of financial and operational discipline. She manages
and performs all corporate financial functions including monthly financial
reporting, financial modeling and forecasting, maintaining the general
ledger, managing cash and establishing financial procedures and controls.
She develops and manages professional relationships with audit firms,
bank officers, legal counsel and insurance agents. For many engagements,
Karen is responsible for the Human Resource function including selecting,
recommending and implementing employee benefits and company policy development
and implementation as required.
Her engagements range from intensive full-time consultation and support
for an interim period to weekly part-time support over a protracted period
for clients. Her clients have included both established companies and
a variety of startups in the product and service sectors.
Daniel P. Dern
We've worked with Daniel since the
mid-'90s...he helped us to launch the first web server software for
Windows in 1995 and to recruit resellers for Process Software.
Daniel provides PR writing, editorial and
consulting services to technology companies and agencies particularly in
the Internet, computer and bio-IT areas, on a project basis. He brings a
strong combination of techo-savvy and an understanding of the press and PR
process.
His writing projects include case
histories, interviews, FAQs, OpEds, press releases and feature articles.
He also does bylined articles and columns.
Daniel has been writing for start-ups and
leading vendors, agencies, and trade publications, for over twenty years.
He was the founding editor of Internet World magazine; most recently he
was Executive Editor of Byte.com.

Will Gaulin
Will facilitates breakthrough thinking and its development into innovative
products/services, strategy and organizational development. He coaches
individuals to find their own creative roots and trains groups to use a
methodology for productive out-of-the-box thinking. As a senior
practitioner of the Synectics system, he has, for over twenty years,
worked with client teams across industries and sectors. He acts as the
catalyst for the creativity he finds latent in all organizations.

has led interactive workshops and conferences that demonstrate innovatiove approaches to success in rapidly changing world markets.
Lisa
M. Moore
Lisa is a Web-based content developer and strategist with over 13 years'
experience as an editor, journalist and copywriter. She works closely
with clients to align their online content needs with their business objectives
in an engaging, relevant manner. In conjunction with designers and producers,
she develops and implements content solutions that extend a client's brand
to an online environment and further reinforce user experience goals.
She has won awards for her online copywriting, and she has a Masters in
Mass Communication from Boston University. Her thesis on online syndication
was circulated as "recommended reading" at RealNetworks, Allaire and Nervewire.
Brian Simons
Brian, an experienced market development executive, works with clients to
maximize customer acquisition, communications and retention activities.
His primary consulting focus is on product launch or re-introduction into
a marketplace with the primary focus placed on “building communications
skills among sales and marketing executives” and “crafting clear and
concise messages.”
He has worked with many
of the leading technology and media firms, including Ricoh Corporation,
Sony, Keynote Systems, Nickelodeon, Ortho Biotech, EON Digital Designs,
Election.com, Priceline, Penton Media, Edgix, Digital Think and Crain’s
Business Publications.
Prior to launching his
own consulting practice, Brian worked with Laurie and Lee on the launch of
the News Corporation initiative into content distribution over the
Internet. Brian has been published in a number of trade magazines,
has appeared in broadcast and on the web and speaks frequently to national
and local associations, companies and groups on the topics of “effective
communications through interactive meeting”, “presentation and event
marketing” and “the value of calculated repetition.”
Julianne Steinberg
Leveraging her background in both marketing and organizational
behavior, Julianne has managed award-winning (and revenue-producing) websites
for several large companies, including SprintPCS and Hifi.com. Part of
her work involves coordinating the customer-centric web environments and
call centers to provide a fully integrated marketing environment.
Steve
Stutman
Steve works with start-ups and established businesses to develop wireless,
e-commerce, and Internet strategies and implementations. Advisor on integration
of existing systems and future operations. Excellent network of contacts
within top-management, technical, marketing, and press segments of Internet
and Wireless Internet sector. Frequent speaker on wireless e-commerce

Steve was the co-founder and CEO of Metriplex, Inc, Cambridge, MA, the
world¹s first successful and profitable wireless information and messaging
software company. At Metriplex, he developed a variety of financial and
industrial wireless information services, messaging software applications
and telemetry applications delivered to devices ranging from pagers to
handsets to PDAs; most applications were first in industry.
